Are you a seasoned Certinia / FinancialForce expert who loves owning platforms end-to-end? We're looking for a Certinia Product Manager to drive our PSA transformation fully remote

What You'll D

Own the Certinia platform roadmap and prioritize scope across all workstreams

Lead Resource Management — staffing, capacity, skills-based allocation & scheduling

Define Time & Expense Management — entry rules, approvals & billing linkage

Own Billing Events, invoice readiness & release to finance workflows

Drive Services CPQ / Estimator — templates, pricing assumptions & project conversion

Translate business requirements into backlog items, decisions & release priorities

Own data migration scope, integrations & cutover readiness

Drive UAT, defect triage, business sign-off & go-live readiness

You're a Great Fit If You Have

✔ Hands-on Certinia / FinancialForce experience (non-negotiable)

✔ Strong PSA platform knowledge — projects, resources, billing, time & exp

✔ Experience leading implementation decisions in cross-functional team

✔ Strong stakeholder management & business analysis

✔ Salesforce ecosystem familiar

⭐ Professional services ops / project accounting backgr

⭐ PSA transformation or platform rollout experi

⭐ Multi-system integration & post-launch optimization
