Position Overview

The Centre Head cum Chief of Physiotherapy will be responsible for the complete clinical, operational, and business management of the Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre. The candidate will lead rehabilitation services, manage operations, oversee patient experience, and drive business growth and profitability of the centre.

Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Leadership

• Assess and manage Neuro, Ortho, Post-operative, Sports Injury, and Geriatric rehabilitation cases
• Develop customized physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatment plans
• Ensure quality standards and evidence-based physiotherapy practices
• Supervise therapists and rehabilitation staff
• Operations Management
• Oversee complete day-to-day centre operations
• Ensure smooth patient flow and service coordination
• Monitor appointments, documentation, and therapy schedules
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, and homecare teams
• Business Development & Marketing
• Build referral relationships with doctors, hospitals, gyms, corporates, and societies
• Conduct marketing activities, camps, awareness sessions, and networking programs
• Increase patient footfall and revenue generation
• Support digital marketing and branding initiatives
• Team Management
• Recruit, train, and mentor physiotherapy and rehabilitation staff
• Conduct performance monitoring and operational reviews
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and productivity within the team
• Financial & Growth Responsibility
• Ensure profitable operations of the centre
• Monitor revenue targets and operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities for new services and growth initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master of Physiotherapy (MPT – Neuro /Sports)
• Valid registration/license to practice
• 3–5+ years of relevant clinical experience
• Prior experience in centre handling or leadership preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Business growth and patient engagement mindset
