Car Service Advisor

We are hiring Car Service Advisors to work across multiple locations in Mumbai. The role involves being the main point of contact for customers visiting the service center, understanding their vehicle issues, and coordinating repairs and maintenance with the workshop team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements
• Create job cards and provide accurate service estimates to customers
• Explain recommended repairs, maintenance schedules and pricing clearly to customers
• Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of work
• Keep customers updated on service progress and vehicle readiness
• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally
• Maintain service records, invoices and billing accuracy
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive service advising, customer service or front desk roles in a workshop or dealership preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicles, common automotive services and repairs
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and service management software
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across multiple service bays
• Willingness to travel between multiple Mumbai locations as required
