Car Sales Advisor

We are hiring Car Sales Advisors to sell vehicles to walk-in and enquiring customers across multiple locations in Mumbai. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable models, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage walk-in and telephone customers, understanding their requirements and budget
• Present vehicle models, features, variants and financing or exchange options
• Conduct test drives and guide customers through the buying decision
• Negotiate pricing and close sales in line with company policies
• Follow up on leads and enquiries to convert them into sales
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain good customer relationships
• Coordinate with the finance, insurance and delivery teams to complete the sale

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in car sales, automotive retail or a related sales role preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage)
• Confident, persuasive and customer-focused approach
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
• Valid driving licence is required
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
