Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to lead a diverse portfolio of clients, providing end-to-end tax strategy, regulatory navigation, and assurance excellence. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex compliance and business growth.

Job Description

• Strategic Tax & Regulatory Governance: Oversee end-to-end compliance for Direct Tax (inc. Transfer Pricing), GST, FEMA, and Company Law. Ensure seamless adherence to Labour Laws (EPF, ESIC, PT).
• Tax Advisory & Planning: Architect and implement sophisticated tax-efficient strategies. Act as a trusted business advisor, translating complex regulations into actionable commercial insights.
• Litigation & Controversy: Lead tax assessments and audits. Conduct deep-dive case law research and draft high-stakes submissions for AO, CIT, and ITAT appeals.
• Audit & Assurance: Direct statutory and tax audits, ensuring rigorous standards and process improvements. Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audit stakeholders.
• FP&A and Risk Management: Drive financial planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation. Provide the data-driven insights necessary for client strategic decision-making.
• Leadership & Development: Mentor a high-performing team. Delegate with precision while fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Freshly qualified CA / CA with 0-2-years’ experience will be more preferred.

· Should have sound technical knowledge and prior working experience related to finalization of Balance sheet/ audit field / direct taxation compliance of corporates.

· Strong computer literacy on Microsoft Applications.

· Should be willing to learn new client software applications where required.

· Should have excellent communication skills and clarity of thought.

· Seeks out growth / learning opportunity for personal development and accepts work responsibility.

Location and Salary Budget

· Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

· Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

· Expected CTC: 8-9 LPA (Negotiable basis experience and fit)
