Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and business development within the training and certification industry. This internship offers practical exposure to social media marketing, lead generation, CRM management, AI tools, WhatsApp marketing, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing

• Create social media content
• Assist in LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram campaigns
• Promote webinars and workshops
• Help create marketing creatives using AI tools Lead Generation
• Follow up with inquiries
• Support lead generation campaigns
• Coordinate workshop registrations
• Conduct market research

CRM & Marketing Automation

• Update CRM records
• Track leads and follow-ups
• Learn CRM systems
• Learn WhatsApp automation
• Learn AI-based marketing workflows Content & Branding
• Create marketing content
• Assist in video and reel promotion
• Support email marketing campaigns
• Build personal branding campaigns

No prior work experience is required; however, a strong interest in digital marketing, communication, and learning new tools will be an advantage.
