Business Operations & Sales Coordinator | Digital Marketing Agency (In-Office, Bhopal)

AdverAim is a fast-growing healthcare digital marketing agency helping dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare brands across India acquire high-quality patients through performance marketing and AI-driven systems.

We're looking for a proactive Business Operations & Sales Coordinator to work directly with the founder, manage our sales pipeline, coordinate client communication, and support day-to-day business operations.

This isn't a routine operations role—it's a high-visibility position where you'll gain hands-on experience working closely with leadership while contributing to the growth of a fast-scaling digital marketing agency.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end lead and client pipeline management.
• Qualifying inbound leads and scheduling appointments.
• Following up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Executing our sales qualification and follow-up process.
• Client relationship management for our healthcare partners.
• CRM management and maintaining accurate lead records.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supporting hiring coordination and day-to-day business operations.
• Who We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Sales Coordination, Client Servicing, Telecalling, or Business Development.
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone who takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities.

💰 Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives
