Business Manager (Inside sales)

The Business Manager will be responsible for inside sales

• Engaging with prospects and clients based on incoming business enquiries
• Converting qualified prospects into clients through calls and emails
• Sending proposals, resolving client queries, planning follow-ups and campaigns via CRM to maximise conversion.
• Forwarding client expectations internally to the Operations team

• Proficient in email, MS excel and good computer typing
