Role Description The Business Intelligence Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with data collection, cleaning, and analysis to generate meaningful insights for training programs and business operations. The intern will help design and maintain dashboards and reports, collaborate with mentors to interpret trends, and contribute to data documentation and process improvement. This role also involves working with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and supporting the development of scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Data Analytics.
• Candidates should possess skills in Data Warehousing and Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling and basic understanding of relational databases.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) is beneficial.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with team members.
• Interest in education technology, online learning, or workforce development is a plus.
