Business Head – Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships

We are looking for a high-performing Business Head to lead and aggressively scale our influencer marketing business. The ideal candidate should have strong industry relationships, proven revenue-generation experience, and the ability to build large-scale creator-led campaigns and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business growth for the influencer marketing vertical
• Develop and execute aggressive revenue and expansion strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, creators, and platforms
• Lead high-value client acquisition and strategic partnerships
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and scalable creator-led solutions
• Oversee campaign execution teams to ensure strong delivery and client satisfaction
• Build processes for creator onboarding, monetisation, and retention
• Mentor and manage business development and account management teams
• Own revenue targets, profitability, and overall business performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, talent management, media sales, or digital advertising
• Strong network within brands, agencies, and creator ecosystem
• Proven track record of scaling revenue and closing large partnerships
• Deep understanding of social media trends, creator monetisation, and campaign strategy
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Experience handling high-growth teams/business verticals is preferred
