Job Description & Responsibilities

Business Partnering:
Collaborate with multiple divisions and other teams to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
Support pricing, product launch, and investment decisions with financial models and scenario analysis.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Management Reporting:
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
Provide commentary on business performance, key metrics (e.g., EBITDA, gross margin), and KPIs.
Cost Control & Optimization:
Monitor manufacturing, R&D, and operating costs; identify cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct ROI analysis on key projects, CAPEX, and strategic initiatives.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed.
