Business Finance Lead

At Dot & Key, Finance is more than a support function—it’s a strategic partner to the business. We’re looking for a commercially sharp finance leader to lead Business Finance and FP&A, drive smarter decisions, and help us scale profitably.

What You’ll Own

• Lead the Business Finance and FP&A charter, including AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Partner with business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and sharper decision-making.
• Own business performance reviews across revenue, margins, costs, and key business drivers.
• Turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Drive financial modelling, scenario planning, and evaluation of strategic initiatives and investments.
• Build robust MIS, dashboards, and scalable financial processes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Business Finance and FP&A team.

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong Business Finance and FP&A experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or consumer businesses.
• Sharp commercial acumen with the ability to connect numbers to business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
