Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off

About the Role

We are hiring for our client, a Mumbai-based real estate development organization engaged in residential and commercial projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

The organization focuses on identifying development opportunities, evaluating project feasibility, and driving real estate projects through strategic planning and execution.

We are looking for a professional with experience in real estate business development, project evaluation, feasibility analysis, and development potential assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate land parcels, redevelopment opportunities, and potential real estate development projects.
• Conduct project feasibility studies, financial modelling, and profitability assessments.
• Assess development potential, FSI, DCPR regulations, and applicable development norms.
• Undertake market research, competitive analysis, risk assessment, and financial due diligence.
• Evaluate project costs, revenue potential, investment requirements, and expected returns.
• Prepare feasibility reports, investment proposals, and presentations for senior management.
• Coordinate with legal, technical, architectural, liaisoning, and other external stakeholders.
• Support due diligence, project acquisition, and strategic decision-making.
• Track market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging real estate opportunities across MMR.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in real estate business development, project evaluation, feasibility, or development planning.
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, project economics, and feasibility analysis.
• Knowledge of FSI, DCPR regulations, development approvals, and redevelopment projects.
• Strong analytical, financial assessment, research, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidate Background

Candidates from the following backgrounds will be preferred

• Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firms
• Real estate contracting and construction firms
• Liaisoning architecture firms
• Real estate development or project feasibility teams

Candidates should have relevant exposure to evaluating real estate projects, development potential, and project feasibility.
