About the Role

You will own hotel supply growth in your assigned cluster: finding properties, partnering with owners, and closing franchise deals at competitive commercials. You’ll be responsible for the cluster’s launch targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategise, launch and scale hotel supply across your assigned cities
• Close franchise deals end to end, from building the funnel and reaching property stakeholders to negotiating and signing
• Identify high-demand micro-markets and develop supply that supports growth
• Plan market entry and property launches across the cluster
• Negotiate lease and partnership terms backed by data and financial models
• Own the cluster’s launch targets
• Run local marketing to build brand adoption

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years in property acquisition, leasing, franchise development or partnerships
• Background in hospitality, real estate or consulting, quick commerce, retail or QSR expansion, coworking, or healthcare network expansion
• A proven record of sourcing and closing deals with owners, landlords or partners
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for number-driven negotiations
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced startup
• Willing to travel extensively across the region
