Business Development – Office Space | Key Responsibilities

• Generate new corporate leads for office leasing and outright transactions.
• Identify and target mid-sized and large corporates with office space requirements.
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR, Admin, Facility ,Procurement teams, Developers & Landlorads.
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and present suitable office solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales/leasing cycle from lead generation to closure, with support from the Sales team.
• Develop new business through direct sourcing, networking, references and market intelligence.
• Source and add new buyer/seller office inventory to strengthen the company’s property portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams, developers and property owners for smooth transaction closure.
• Maintain regular market intelligence on office demand, supply, pricing and competing projects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
