Job Description

SOLIZE Partners India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive business growth for Engineering Services in the Automotive industry, specifically in Design and

CAE domains (FEA, MBD, CFD), with a strong focus on the European market. The role also involves leading and managing the Business Development team while coordinating with global stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating business from Automotive OEMs and Engineering Service Providers (ESPs) in

Europe.

• Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams, management, and global SOLIZE teams to support business expansion.

Key Deliverables

• Overall revenue generation through the Business Development team.
• Generate business individually for Engineering Services from established Automotive OEMs and ESPs in

Europe.

• Coordinate with Management, Technical teams, and Customers to ensure business success.
• Coordinate with different locations of the SOLIZE US team for business opportunities from the US market.
• Coordinate with the SOLIZE Japan team for business opportunities in Japan.
• Manage, mentor, and support other Business Development engineers.

Functional Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the Engineering Services industry within the Automotive domain.
• Hands-on experience in business generation for Design and CAE services (FEA, MBD, CFD).
• Proven track record of developing business with Automotive OEMs and Engineering Service Providers.
• Strong understanding of Automotive Engineering and related services.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing customers, business, and teams.
