As we grow, we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us build and close a pipeline of North American clients. About the Role We're looking for an experienced BDM to own outbound and inbound business development for our cloud modernization and AI integration services. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, running outreach, qualifying leads, and driving deals to close — working closely with the founders on positioning and pricing. This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who's comfortable being measured on results and compensated accordingly. Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients in North America who are candidates for AWS/Azure modernization or AI integration work Run outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to generate recent business Manage and grow the sales pipeline from first contact through to signed contract Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and map them to our service offerings Collaborate with founders on proposal development, pricing, and deal structuring Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM Build and nurture relationships with partners, referral sources, and past clients for repeat and referral business Stay current on trends in cloud infrastructure, AI adoption, and the competitive landscape to sharpen positioning Represent Interconnected Roots professionally in a North American B2B context, including comfort with US business norms and communication style Requirements 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or
