Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through existing account management, client relationship management, and new logo acquisition within the IT Services ,Technology & BFSI domain.

Preferred Experience

• 9-15 years of experience in IT Services, Software Solutions, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Automation, or Technology Sales.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, account expansion, and new client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the business portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, proposal management, negotiations, and closures.
• Collaborate with delivery and presales teams to ensure successful customer engagement and service delivery.
• Achieve revenue, account growth, and business development targets.
