•dentify potential clients, generate leads, and explore new business opportunities.

· Build partnerships with colleges, educational institutions, and businesses.

· Promote U2nxt's resume writing, career development, and recruitment services.

•Conduct outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Linkedln.

•Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and support client acquisition.

•Maintain lead records and track business development activities.

Requirements

•Freshers, students, and recent graduates are welcome.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

•Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in business development.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
