Job Description: Education Counsellor / Business Development Intern.

Department: Admissions / Counselling

Salary: 8k - 15k (+Incentives)

Job Responsibilities;

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with students and parents.

Counsel students regarding course, admissions, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.

Generate leads and follow up with prospective students.

Explain course details and admission procedures clearly.

Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.

Convert prospective enquiries into admissions.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.

Build a positive relationship with students and parents.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Hindi and basic English.

Confident and polite telephone manner.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to convince and motivate students.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in education counselling, tele-calling, sales, or admissions.
