Lucia is a fast-growing financial services company headquartered in Eluru, offering investments, loans, insurance and financial advisory. We are expanding our Eluru branch and hiring people who want a long-term career in finance.

Role summary

Open new business channels for Lucia through corporate tie-ups, partners and investor-awareness events.

Key responsibilities

Identify and approach corporates, schools, hospitals, associations and businesses for tie-ups; Organise investor-awareness seminars and promotional events; Build and manage channel partners and referral partners; Convert leads from events and partners into clients; Research local market opportunities and competitor activity; Maintain a lead pipeline and report progress weekly.

Requirements

Graduate / MBA (Marketing or Finance preferred); 0-2 years in business development, marketing or B2B sales; Excellent communication and presentation skills in Telugu and English; Comfortable with networking, travel within the district and public speaking; Basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
