Business Development Executive — IT Staff Augmentation

## The role

Redian is building its Hyderabad IT Staff Augmentation practice — India's second-largest tech hub and one of the strongest GCC destinations for hyperscalers (Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Apple, Meta), BFSI (Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo) and biotech-adjacent enterprises. As a Business Development Executive you will own the top-of-funnel through close for **Hyderabad-headquartered enterprises and GCCs** looking to augment engineering teams with senior ICs, scale existing captives, or seed new GCC builds.

You are on-the-ground in Hyderabad — HITEC City, Financial District, Gachibowli, Madhapur — where these buyers physically operate. Face-time and in-market presence beat cold email here. You will work alongside Redian's Sales Leadership, Solution Architects and Delivery Managers; every engagement you close is delivered by our CMMI Level 3 Appraised bench, so what you sell is what we ship.
