Are you an experienced IT sales professional who can turn business opportunities into successful deals?

Appsica is looking for a confident, target-driven Business Development Executive to help us acquire new clients and grow our software development business across India and international markets.

💼 Position Details

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and online platforms

✅ Find projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr and other relevant channels

✅ Prepare bids, proposals, quotations and client presentations

✅ Understand client requirements for websites, mobile apps, CRM/ERP and custom software

✅ Handle client communication, negotiations and follow-ups

✅ Convert qualified prospects into confirmed projects and coordinate advance payments

✅ Maintain an organized sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets
