Business Development Executive (Interior Design)

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team in Lucknow.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and scheduling appointments for our sales/design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through online and offline channels.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
• Identify and qualify potential customers based on their requirements and budget.
• Handle enquiries received through WhatsApp, social media, website, Google, and other platforms.
• Maintain and regularly update the lead database/CRM.
• Schedule showroom visits and appointments with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and design team for lead conversion.
• Follow up consistently with existing and prospective customers.
• Track lead status, conversion, and follow-up activities.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and appointment targets.
• Maintain professional communication and provide an excellent customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
• Confident in making calls and communicating with customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Prior experience in modular kitchen, furniture, interior, real estate, or home improvement sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
