Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Staffing Location: Bangalore – In office Experience: 4–5 Years Employment: Full-Time Key Responsibilities - Generate new business opportunities in IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation. - Acquire new clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals. - Identify client hiring requirements and pitch suitable staffing solutions. - Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely requirement fulfillment. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, rate cards, and commercial terms. - Maintain sales pipelines and client activities in CRM systems. - Achieve monthly and quarterly business/revenue targets.
