Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and final-year students who want to gain practical experience in business development, sales, marketing, client communication, and startup operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential students, colleges, and institutional partners.
• Promote the company's courses, training programs, internships, and career development initiatives.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Communicate with prospective students and explain course offerings, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, placement cells, and academic departments.
• Support college outreach, partnership development, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain lead records, follow up with prospects, and track conversion progress.
• Work towards assigned outreach, lead generation, and enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement business growth strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates from any degree or academic background are welcome.
• Freshers and final-year college students are eligible to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, business development, or entrepreneurship.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a target-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
