RankUHigher is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals and online platforms.
• Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Present suitable website, application and digital marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and service presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for project discussions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain sales reports and update lead status regularly.
• Research market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
• Basic understanding of websites, web applications, mobile apps, SEO and social media marketing.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and confident.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation, cold calling and email marketing is preferred.
• Experience in an IT company, software company or digital marketing agency will be an advantage.

Qualification

Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Candidates with sales, marketing, business development or IT service sales experience are preferred.
