About the Role We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, and other channels. Identify and approach potential clients and business partners. Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services effectively. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Requirements Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Telesales. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace. Candidates from hotel, travel, hospitality, SaaS, or B2B sales backgrounds will be preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Daily calls and meaningful conversations.
