Business Development & Client Servicing Manager

About the Company

Together Events Private Limited creates high-end experiences, exhibitions, and public relations campaigns for global brands and government organisations, including PSUs. The company brings together strategy, creativity, production, and client service to deliver memorable events and dependable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Research corporate and government accounts, identify opportunities, and build a strong new-business pipeline.
• Understand client objectives and help shape suitable event, exhibition, and experiential solutions.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintain relationships, respond to queries, and track satisfaction.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to translate briefs into successful events.
• Support local NCR events on site when required and ensure delivery meets client expectations.
• Prepare and present persuasive proposals, maintain sales records, and coordinate timely invoicing and collections.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in business development or client servicing.
• Working knowledge of event timelines, layouts, production coordination, and logistics.
• Experience with IT or PSU clients is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• A proactive approach with an interest in event strategy and business growth.
• Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic sales-tracking tools.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Noida, with occasional travel to events across the NCR region. The fixed compensation is ₹35,000 per month, with additional incentives based on performance.
