Business Development & Client Acquisition Executive (Interior Desing Industry)

Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month + Unlimited Incentives (based on experience and interview performance)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for interior design projects.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable design solutions.
• Prepare and share accurate quotations based on client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships, from the initial inquiry to project handover.
• Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate with clients, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Update CRM and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience specifically in Interior Design Sales or Business Development.
• Hands-on experience in preparing quotations for interior design projects is mandatory.
• Strong client management, relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of interior design projects and client requirements.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Strict Eligibility Criteria

• Only candidates with relevant Interior Design Industry experience are eligible to apply.
• Prior experience in interior design sales or business development is mandatory.
• Candidates from other industries, including real estate, automobile, banking, insurance, and IT, will not be considered.
• Freshers and candidates without relevant interior design industry experience are strictly not eligible.
• Candidates without hands-on experience in preparing interior project quotations will not be considered.
