Job Role The Manager will focus on fostering long-term customer relationships while driving business growth in the P2P/Contract Manufacturing model. Key objectives include generating leads, sustaining current business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the organizations market leadership.

Job Description

• Generate new business opportunities in P2P/Contract Manufacturing.
• Lead business development efforts to strengthen market presence and achieve growth targets.
• Sustain and expand business with existing clients while targeting new prospects.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to close inquiries through effective actions like offers, samples, and data.
• Develop growth strategies focusing on customer satisfaction and financial gains.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Provide MIS reports on queries, deals, and monthly achievements, with proper analysis.
• Address market complaints, sales losses, and operational bottlenecks, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with SCM and HODs to address pending issues and streamline processes.
• Design and deliver training programs for the Business Development team, including product training.
• Create impactful marketing materials such as brochures, handouts, and booklets.
• Organize business meetings to promote company products/services and address client objectives.
• Evaluate team performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Experience: 8-10 years + in Business Development (preferably in Contract Pharma Manufacturing).
• Education: Bachelors/Master’s Degree + MBA.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities; project management and data interpretation expertise.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Internet.
• Soft Skills: Self-motivated, adaptable, with excellent listening and problem-solving capabilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Exposure to Pharma (Semi Solid), Cosmetics and Nutraceuticals .
