Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

Pitch company products/services to potential clients

Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular follow-ups

Support the sales team in closing deals

Manage CRM and lead tracking sheets

Research and identify new business opportunities

Skills Required

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Confidence in speaking (calls and meetings)

Basic understanding of the sales process

Negotiation and relationship-building ability

Target-driven mindset

Resilience and ability to handle rejection

Eligibility Criteria

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any stream; Business/Commerce/Management preferred)

Strong interest in Business Development, Sales, or EdTech

Available for a full-time internship/role (on-site)

Excellent communication skills in English (local language is a plus)

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Compensation & Benefits

During Internship: ₹15,000/month

Post Internship (Full-Time Offer)

₹3.6 LPA (Fixed)

₹2.4 LPA (Variable)

Certificate provided upon successful completion of internship/probation
