Job Title: Business Development Associate - Inside Sales

Location: Coimbatore

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead qualification to closure. This includes understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
• Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Handle customer queries and address objections professionally.
• Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar sales role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build customer relationships and close deals.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
