💼 Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and parents to understand their academic goals and counselling requirements.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, campaigns, referrals and walk-ins.
• Explain our JEE, NEET and MHT-CET courses, batches, academic offerings and admission process.
• Conduct student counselling sessions, campus visits and admission-related interactions.
• Convert enquiries into admissions by building trust and providing the right guidance.
• Maintain lead records, follow-up schedules and admission updates.
• Support promotional activities, seminars, demo lectures and student engagement initiatives.
• Achieve assigned admission and business development targets.

🎯 Who We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, positive and student-focused approach.
• Good convincing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Candidates with experience in sales, counselling, customer service or education are preferred.
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
