Role Overview

CXOntology seeks a hands-on Business Consultant and Scrum Master to lead business analysis, sprint delivery, and Maintenance, Support and Operations (MSO) across enterprise websites, ecommerce, and data programs. Turn business problems into clear backlogs, coordinate multiple workstreams, and own client delivery commitments.

Our platforms include Drupal/Acquia, Optimizely, Sitecore, AEM, Contentstack, Shopify, BigCommerce, and commercetools, with data integrations using Snowflake and Informatica.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis and Sprint Delivery

• Lead discovery and root-cause analysis. Map processes, journeys, data flows, and business rules; validate assumptions and compare solution options with stakeholders.
• Write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and nonfunctional requirements. Maintain traceability through testing, UAT, and business acceptance.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily Scrum, reviews, and retrospectives. Agree priorities, capacity, sprint goals, and a Definition of Done; resolve blockers and track improvement actions.
• Coordinate dependencies, scope changes, release readiness, and support handovers across workstreams. Make delivery risks and decisions visible early.

ServiceNow and Jira Configuration

• Configure ServiceNow ITSM incident, problem, change, and request processes, including service catalogs, routing, approvals, notifications, SLAs, and knowledge workflows.
• Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and flows. Test changes, control access, and promote releases through managed settings.
• Configure Jira and Jira Service Management projects, boards, workflows, fields, permissions, automation, queues, and SLAs. Build reports using advanced JQL, dashboards, and ServiceNow reporting; troubleshoo
