Business Application Consulting - SAP Finance - Manager - CS - T

• Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure SAP FSCM modules such as Credit Management (FI-AR-CR), Dispute Management, Collections Management, and Treasury & Risk Management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct process workshops, and design solutions based on SAP best practices.
• Lead or support full-cycle FSCM implementation projects including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and optimize financial supply chain workflows.
• Provide end-user training and documentation related to FSCM processes and functionalities.
• Assist in data migration and integration scenarios between FSCM and other SAP modules such as FI, SD, and MM.
• Monitor and troubleshoot FSCM processes post-implementation to resolve issues and improve system performance.
• Work closely with SAP technical teams for any customization, enhancements, or reporting needs.
• Stay updated on the latest FSCM module innovations and SAP solution roadmaps.
• Mandatory skill sets
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FSCM module configuration and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Credit Management, Dispute Management, Collections Management, and Treasury functions.
• Experience integrating FSCM with other SAP modules especially FI (Financial Accounting), SD (Sales and Distribution), and MM (Materials Management).
• Understanding of financial supply chain processes including credit checks, receivables management, cash application, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Ability to understand and translate business processes into SAP solutions.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP FSCM certification or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Preferred skill sets
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA FSCM components and upgrades.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and embedded analytics for FSCM.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration tools like PI/PO and BAPIs relevant to FSCM.
• Exposure to credit risk analysis tools and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with Agile or SAP Activate implementation methodologies.
