Business Analyst UAT (Financial Reporting) (Gurugram)

Consultant / AM - UAT (Financial Reporting) - - Gurgaon / Chennai

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT for Financial Reporting projects and changes.
• Prepare UAT plans, test cases, test scenarios, scripts, and schedules.
• Coordinate testing with Finance, Reporting, Data, Change, and Technology teams.
• Manage test execution, defects, issue tracking, and business sign-off.
• Ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Ensure proper data validation, reconciliation, controls, and governance.
• Provide regular testing updates to stakeholders and manage delivery.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in UAT, Test Management, or Business Testing in Financial Services.
• Experience in Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Regulatory Reporting, or Reporting Change.
• Valuable knowledge of test planning, test execution, defect management, and business validation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, governance, and delivery skills.
• Experience working in complex and regulated financial environments .
