- Coordinate release schedules, code review cycles, quality assurance handoffs, program resources, risks, and issues.
- Maintain project plans, status reports, meeting notes, action trackers, and stakeholder updates.
- Support resource planning, onboarding coordination, team goals, and performance tracking in collaboration with HR and leadership.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Gather and document requirements from schools, educators, internal stakeholders, and leadership.
- Translate educational and business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for Full Stack, FE, and BE developers.
- Support prioritization of the product backlog and roadmap, balancing classroom needs, timelines, and technical constraints.
- Coordinate with designers to ensure wireframes, prototypes, and design handoffs are aligned with requirements, using tools such as Figma and GitHub.
- Support the development and improvement of learning platforms, dashboards, digital tools, and Makerspace kits from concept through launch.
K–12 Curriculum & Learning Program Support
- Coordinate the development of age-appropriate, project-based curriculum for Grades K–12 in robotics, electronics, coding, 3D printing, design thinking, and STEAM.
- Help ensure curriculum aligns with relevant frameworks such as NEP 2020, NGSS, CBSE/ICSE, IB, or other applicable standards.
- Coordinate the preparation and review of lesson plans, project kits, assessment rubrics, and teacher guides.
- Collect classroom feedback and learning-outcome data to support ongoing content improvement.
Customer Training & Enablement
- Coordinate training for schools, teachers, administrators, and students, including onboarding, certification, and ongoing professional development.
- Help prepare workshop decks, teacher guides, video tutorials, hands-on kit guides, quick-start manuals, and FAQs.
- Schedule and coordinate in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and self-paced learning modules.
- Coordinate trainers and delivery partners, training logistics, resources, timelines, and quality standards.
- Track training attendance, feedback, teacher confidence, adoption rates, and student outcomes.
- Capture customer feedback and help improve training content and support channels.
Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate communication with schools, administrators, educators, and internal teams.
- Support product demonstrations, pilot programs, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Document feedback from teachers and students and track follow-up actions and program improvements.
- Coordinate Makerspace setup, teacher onboarding, and ongoing training.
