Business Analyst – Cash Management Platform

About the Role

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Cash Management Platform (CMP) initiatives. The role involves working closely with corporate banking stakeholders, operations, IT teams and Vendor to design and deliver solutions across payments, collections, liquidity and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements & Analysis

• Engage with corporate banking (WBG), operations and product teams to gather requirements
• Analyze current-state cash management processes
• Define future-state solutions
• Prepare BRD, FSD, and user stories

Cash Management Domain Experience in

• Corporate Digital Channels
• Account Services
• Payments (Domestic (FTS, NPSS, IPP), Cross-border (Swift/Remittance), WPS, Card & Utility)
• Collections & Receivables (Direct Debit, Remote Check Scanning, PDC Management)
• Virtual Account & Liquidity Management
• Remote Cheque Printing
• H2H, SWIFT FileAct, APIs

Stakeholder Management

• Act as bridge between business and IT
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions
• Coordinate with vendors

Testing & UAT

• Define test cases and scenarios
• Support SIT and UAT
• Track defects and closures

Implementation Support

• Support implementation lifecycle
• Assist in training and go-live
• Provide post-go-live support

Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 5 years of Cash Management Platform experience (e.g., Intellect, Flexcube, Finacle, Temenos, AurionPro)
• Expert in Cash Management and Payments
• Experience working with UAE banking clients or UAE banking systems, particularly in Corporate Banking and Cash Management
• Process mapping and documentation
• Stakeholder communication
• Knowledge of API Integration (REST/SOAP), File Formats (XML, ISO, CSV), Data Mapping & Interface specification
