Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to derivatives products, trading workflows, and risk systems.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Work closely with trading, risk, operations, and technology teams to support platform enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments for system changes and new implementations.
• Support the delivery of front-office, middle-office, and risk management solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement review sessions.
• Assist QA and testing teams by preparing business scenarios, test cases, and validation criteria.
• Drive Agile project execution and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation.
• Analyze data flows, integrations, and system dependencies across trading and risk platforms.
• Ensure business and regulatory requirements are accurately reflected in system solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst within Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
• Good understanding of derivatives products including Futures, Options, Swaps, and related financial instruments.
• Experience working with trading systems, risk management platforms, and capital market applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle, risk calculations, P&L, valuations, and market risk concepts will be an advantage.
• Exposure to data analysis, SQL, and system integration projects preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
