Brand & Marketing - Lead

to join our Marketing team in Mumbai.

The role combines brand strategy, integrated marketing, AI-led growth, content excellence, PR and reputation management, to create a high-trust, category-defining health insurance brand. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable shaping the big narrative, driving execution, managing agencies, influencing senior stakeholders and building new capabilities from scratch.

Your typical week will include the following

•

Brand and narrative leadership

Define brand positioning, messaging architecture and relationship-led narrative across customer, distributor, partner and employee touchpoints.

•

Integrated marketing and growth

Build full-funnel campaigns across paid, owned, earned and partner channels to drive awareness, consideration, acquisition and engagement.

•

AI-led marketing capability

Leverage AIO, GEO, LLM-led discovery, conversational search and AI-driven personalisation to improve discoverability, relevance and performance.

•

Content strategy and ecosystem development

Build a scalable content engine across web, app, social, CRM, WhatsApp, chatbots, voice and other conversational interfaces.

•

Customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing

Use segmentation, propensity modelling, analytics and AI tools to design personalised campaigns for chase communication, engagement, servicing, cross-sell / up-sell across WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

•

PR, corporate communications and reputation

Shape trust-led narratives across media, digital, social and AI-mediated information ecosystems, with strong crisis readiness and issue management.

•

Events, sponsorships and branded content

Design experience-led events, strategic sponsorships, partnerships and branded content properties that build cultural relevance, trust and engagement.

Digital experience (UI/UX) and platform integration

Ensure consistent, personalised storytelling across digital platforms, customer journeys, martech systems and AI-powered interfaces.

•

Data, insights and measurement

Define success metrics across brand lift, reach, engagement, conversion, lead generation, ROI and reputation indicators.

•

Cross-functional leadership

Work closely with Product, Technology, Distribution, Analytics, Servicing, Claims, Legal and Compliance to deliver customer-first, regulator-safe communication and experiences.

Role Requirements

• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience across brand, digital marketing, content, PR, integrated marketing or growth roles.
• Strong experience in building brands in high-consideration, high-trust or regulated categories such as insurance, healthcare, financial services or consumer technology.
• Deep understanding of AI-native marketing, including AIO, GEO, LLM-led search, AI-generated answers, conversational discovery and AI-led content optimisation.
• Proven ability to build content engines across web, app, social, CRM, video, influencer, creator, OTT, WhatsApp and conversational ecosystems.
• Experience in PR, corporate communications, reputation management, media relations, crisis communication and thought leadership.
• Experience in events, sponsorships, branded content, partnerships and experiential activations that deliver measurable brand and business outcomes.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, stakeholder management and agency leadership skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity, pace and ownership in a zero-to-one business build.
