Brand Manager for FMCG Client based in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager – International Business to manage and grow key brands across international markets for our FMCG Client based in Dubai, UAE.

Industry: FMCG – Foods/Confectionery

Qualification: PG Degree in General/Marketing Management, preferably from a Tier-1 B-School

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized brand strategies across multiple international markets.
• Drive brand growth, market share, revenue and profitability across assigned markets.
• Identify new brand, product and market opportunities to expand business.
• Lead NPD rollouts and ensure OTIF execution of launches and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute digital, traditional and trade marketing campaigns adapted to local market requirements.
• Manage brand architecture, sub-brand propositions and brand equity development.
• Work closely with creative agencies and distribution partners for campaign and brand execution.
• Monitor consumer trends, competitor activities and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance and other cross-functional teams for NPD and business initiatives.
• Manage advertising budgets and contribute to Brand P&L, topline and profitability.

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of relevant FMCG experience
• Minimum 2 years in Sales + 2 years in Marketing experience
• Experience across India and/or International Markets
• Strong understanding of FMCG/Foods/Confectionery categories
• Experience in brand management, NPD and market localization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively with distributors and international market teams
