Job description Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient cash handling and customer service. Oversee team handling, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Handle cashier activities such as deposits, withdrawals, and transactions. Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to branch operations. Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations and maintain accurate records. Cross Selling products: Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, SIP, Fixed Deposits, Pre-Approved & Pre Qualified Loans. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in banking or finance industry. Strong skills in branch handling, branch management, cashier activities, NBFC operations. Ability to lead teams effectively through team leading or team handling roles.
