Business Growth & Sales

Drive sales of banking products including CASA, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Investment Products.

Achieve branch business targets for deposits, advances, and cross-sell products.

Develop and execute local business strategies to increase branch profitability.

Acquire new customers through NTB (New-to-Bank) acquisition initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff including Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and Operations staff.

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and branch targets.

Conduct regular training and performance reviews.

Customer Relationship Management

Ensure high customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of complaints.

Operations & Compliance

Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring adherence to bank policies.

Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, internal audit, and risk management policies.

Monitor cash management, KYC compliance, and operational risk controls.

Business Development

Identify new business opportunities in the local market.

Build relationships with corporates, SMEs, and local business communities.
