Body Shop Advisor

We are hiring 5 Body Shop Advisors based in Navi Mumbai to manage customer interactions for automotive body repair work. The role covers assessing vehicle damage, providing repair estimates, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle damage and repair requirements
• Inspect vehicles and assess body damage to prepare accurate repair estimates
• Prepare job cards and coordinate with the workshop technicians on repair work
• Communicate repair progress, timelines and cost details to customers
• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner
• Coordinate with insurance representatives for claim-related repairs where applicable
• Maintain accurate records of job cards, estimates and invoices

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience as a service advisor or in automotive body shop operations preferred
• Good understanding of car body repair processes, panel work and painting
• Strong customer handling and communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Basic knowledge of estimating software and MS Office
• Ability to multitask and manage several customers and jobs at once
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
