About the Role

We are looking for a BMC Helix Data Manager (HDM) professional with strong hands-on experience in data migration, CMDB, ITSM, SQL and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB/Foundation Data, AR DB schema and data migration processes, along with strong customer-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix Data Manager (HDM)
• Strong knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, CMDB, Foundation Data and schema
• Handle data migration, validation and reconciliation
• Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues
• Write and execute SQL queries within the AR DB schema
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and identify root causes
• Work with stakeholders/customers to understand and resolve technical issues
• Atrium Integrator experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
