Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Lifecycles: Own the execution, strategy, and roadmap for decentralized Web3 projects, leading technical implementations from conception to launch (0 to 1).
• Technical & Infrastructure Leadership: Manage the integration of blockchain solutions with existing cloud infrastructure, ensuring the scalability, availability, and security of distributed networks.
• Smart Contract & Protocol Oversight: Oversee the development, auditing, and deployment of smart contracts and decentralized application (dApp) architecture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the critical bridge between highly technical teams (smart contract engineers, cryptographers, UX designers) and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) & Ecosystem Strategy: Define product vision, outline clear success metrics, and drive enterprise customer adoption. Engage with the broader global blockchain community, forums, and partner networks.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate regulatory risks and compliance challenges associated with digital asset operations and distributed ledgers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product or technical project management, with a strong focus on distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and major blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger).
