Blockchain Development Writer

Produce technical journalism and analysis covering blockchain protocols, platforms, and development trends.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality news articles and reports on blockchain updates and new technologies.
• Track blockchain project developments, coding updates, and technological advancements.
• Conduct interviews with developers and industry leaders to gather expert insights.
• Mentor and train 2-3 junior writers on technical research and blockchain topic coverage.
• Proofread content for technical accuracy, source verification, and SEO optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or blockchain journalism.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and programming.
• Ability to translate complex technical jargon into accessible content for developers and general audiences.
• Proficiency with GitHub and developer resources for tracking project updates.
• Strong SEO knowledge, including on-page optimization and adherence to E-E-A-T standards.
• Experience using Ahrefs or Semrush for keyword research and optimization.
• Competency in Google Docs and Grammarly for editing workflows.
• Proven ability to prioritize assignments and report on team performance.
