Bilingual Tester (Japanese) - QA

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N2) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 4 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, along with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and Jenkins for test automation and CI/CD integration.
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and test frameworks.
• Proven experience in testing web applications and back-end systems, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a focus on identifying and resolving defects efficiently.
• Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2) with the ability to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders and participate in meetings, requirement discussions, and defect analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good understanding of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Exposure to API testing and performance testing is an added advantage.
