• Qualification & Experience

B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience.

Preferably from Servo Stabilizer, Transformer, Variac, UPS or Electrical Equipment Manufacturing industries.

Should have independently handled an Engineering/Design department.

• Key Responsibilities

Complete design and engineering activities for Servo Stabilizers, Transformers, Variacs and related electrical products.

Electrical design calculations, component selection and technical specifications.

Preparation and verification of BOM, drawings and manufacturing documents.

New product development and existing product improvement.

Product cost reduction through design optimization and alternative materials.

Standardization of components, designs and manufacturing processes.

Technical support to Production, Purchase, Quality and Marketing departments.

Coordination with suppliers for technical development and component approval.

Analysis of product failures and implementation of corrective actions.

Managing the engineering team and ensuring timely release of drawings and BOMs.

• Technical Knowledge Required

Transformer and Variac design.

Servo Stabilizer design and control systems.

Electrical panel design and switchgear selection.

Copper and aluminium conductor selection.

AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.

ERP, BOM and engineering change management.

Product testing, quality standards and cost optimization.

• Candidate Profile

Strong technical and analytical skills.

Good leadership and team management capabilities.

Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Ability to independently handle engineering activities.

Experience in value engineering and cost reduction.

Pay: ₹72,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
